A wee Burns night celebration
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate Burns Night - an evening filled with tradition, laughter, whisky, and a real sense of togetherness. From the first welcome to the final toast, it was one of those nights that reminds us why shared rituals and storytelling matter so much.
A true highlight of the evening - and wonderfully done - was the Address to the Haggis, delivered by Jamie, who brought the perfect mix of reverence, humour, and theatrical flair to this much-loved tradition. As guests gathered in anticipation, Jamie led the moment with confidence and warmth, reminding us all why this ritual sits at the heart of Burns Night.
The moment was made even more special by Trevor, who piped in the haggis in true ceremonial style. The sound of the pipes instantly lifted the room, setting the tone and giving the procession its unmistakable sense of occasion.
Following the address, the haggis was ceremonially cut and blessed, marking the official start of the supper.
To everyone who helped bring the night together - from those behind the scenes to every guest who showed up ready to celebrate - thank you. Burns Night is about community, tradition, and shared experience, and this one truly delivered.
If you were there, we hope the video brings back all the best moments. And if you missed it, we hope it gives you a little taste of the magic.
Here’s to many more nights like it. 🥃
